Buffer
Buffer is a system accessory matched with reciprocating pump, which can reduce the impact of pulsating flow on pipeline system and the impact of pulsating flow on chemical reaction. When a buffer is installed in the outlet pipeline of the metering pump, the fluctuation can be controlled within ± 5% or even less
Back pressure valve
The installation of back pressure valve can avoid the siphon phenomenon caused by too small pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of metering pump, so as to ensure the metering accuracy of metering pump. Generally, the factory set pressure is 0.2MPa.
Safety valve
Safety valve can avoid equipment damage or pipeline damage caused by system overpressure. Once the pipeline valve is closed or blocked, system overpressure may occur. When the set pressure of the safety valve is exceeded, the safety valve will automatically open to release the system pressure. It is recommended to install safety valve in pump or complete system

Y filter
